   The guy is probably diabetic. If his toenails aren’t cut carefully, it can lead to infection, gangrene, then amputation.

   As the other said, this is not a jaw drop. Lots of people get pedicures because they’re diabetic or because they can’t bend down or both. This includes men.

   I agree that this isn’t a jaw drop. I manage an adult day health center, and foot care is a very important service we provide to seniors that can no longer do this for themselves.

    Nothing wrong with a pedicure. I can easily reach my feet and I a big burly gun toting heterosexual man sometimes get a pedicure.

    Nothing strange at all about this. All my brother, father, husband.. all get pedicures. And for what it’s worth, a pedicure is cheaper than a trip to the podiatrist.
