   Oddly enough, it is totally legal in Louisiana to purchase an alcoholic drink in a drive through. Here’s the catch….it’s still illegal to drive drunk. Most places put a piece of scotch tape on top to keep you from drinking and driving. It’s hysterical.

   Used to be legal in FL to have a ‘closed’ container. Open container not so much. Put a straw in the lid and it’s closed.
