   It’s a British dessert

   Things work the other way, too. The phrase ‘fanny pack’ means a bag to you, but it conjures up some pretty explicit images over here.

   Was talking to a teacher friend of mine who got weird looks for selling rubbers to students whilst in the USA. She didn’t realise why til the next day when her american colleagues were calling them erasers!

   My students seem to make a lot of mistakes so they constantly shout across my room “miss, can you lend me a rubber”

   Also I was very disturbed when an american i met on holiday offer to knock me up – especially as she was female!

   They actually sell this at Stop and Shop here in Massachusetts… I took a picture and sent it to all I know because I almost died while in the store from laughter…

   I have some of that in my cupboard… My mom keeps trying to get me to eat it. Umn… no. I don’t care if it’s a british dessert, I’m not eating something that sounds like an STD lol If I did I would never hear the end of it
