   That psycho fuck is a child killer. He killed Josephine Otero, her parents and her brother. His first victims. His bullshit happened in my neighborhood and my city. I didn’t expect to see his fucking face here. Too bad his crimes were committed when Kansas didn’t have the death penalty. So life in prison for this sick fuck.
