   I’m surprised the plate request was granted. Most states have a rule about “pattently offensive” phrase on liscense plates.

   This proves that anyone can order anything…which sets him up for a possible ass kicking. Either this guy thinks he is of a different race,advertising for a specific kind of girl,or did it because he is trying to prove something. Either way it was really stupid. I am not of that race and found it offensive. Laws need to be put into place as to what can be on your vehicle.
