  5. The look on that poor dog’s face says it all. “You’re gonna get yours, buster.” Unfortunately, the poor dog will still end up taking the blame.

  9. And people wonder why animals bite their owners!!! If this is how he is picking up his puppy, IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. Imagine what he does behind closed doors when the puppy acts like a puppy, chewing, peeing, etc. It makes me sick.

  17. I thought thats how you pick a dog up also. I guess the proper way is holding them like a baby??That doesnt hurt them. Its the same as pinching your elbow as hard as you can and not feeling a thing. All I see is a guy kissing his dog. Ppl will make something out of nothing smh

  23. well you see that is actually how mother dogs pick up there puppies so at a young age there actually is nothing wrong with picking up a dog that way it doesn’t hurt them…hence why you also give them shots there

  24. skank88 on May 4th, 2012
  25. I’m pretty sure thats the right way to pick up a cat/dog. Its how their Dog/Cat mothers/faters would carry them around.

  26. Bigolfatcockman on May 4th, 2012
  27. Actually their mothers carry them from their back neck scruff and that’s only with fur, not a harness. This guy needs to have this done to him and see how much he likes it. And let me guess, because he’s a “celebrity” (if you can call a professional ball player that; any idiot can chase a ball around), if something happens to that poor dog, he won’t get punished for it at all even if he’s guilty. Sick…

  29. Mother dogs aren’t still carrying their puppies around once they get to be that size. Anyone who has raised a litter of pups knows this. Picking up a puppy that large by the neck HURTS THEM!! I don’t give a fuck who he is, if I saw him in person I would tell him he’s a piece of shit to his face. Sadly, I’m not surprised by this though. Just more typical “thug” bullshit.

  31. thats called scruffing and it doesnt hurt the animal at all. i admit you should place your hand under supporting the bum but it manly relaxes the animal believe it or not

  32. nicole on May 5th, 2012
  33. It’s DMX. I used to work with him. He’s a piece of shit asshole. He fights dogs, kills them, buries them in the yard, raped a 9yr old girl years back, Druggie, theif, cheater child abuser and con artist. He lives in Brentwood.

  35. Is that the black LBJ?

  36. Count Flatula on May 5th, 2012
  37. well blah if you would look closely you would see that he isn’t even touching the harness

  38. skank88 on May 6th, 2012
  39. So I can pick blacks up like that right ? DMX and his knuclehead friend Ja Rule are both in prison !

  40. WARRIOR on May 6th, 2012
  41. You all got it wrong. How do you keep a dog from humping your leg? Pick him up and suck his dick. He is just giving him a kiss before the action starts.

  42. Elmo on May 6th, 2012
  43. Kendall, so he’s black and a celebrity. In your mind he’s automatically a ball player. Wow, what a racist you are. I bet your parents are proud. Oh, and he’s not touching the harness at all.

  44. URallIdiots on May 7th, 2012
  45. That is not the correct way to pick up a puppy or a dog of that size. It is OK to pick up VERY small pups and kittens that way (which the mother does as well), but when they are bigger, it can injure them. This dog is too big to be picked up by the sruff, as he probably weighs about 10+ Lbs.

  46. Christine on May 7th, 2012
  47. Can someone pls site an actual veterinarian saying that it is painful and full of discomfort. I’m not arguing but a bunch of random ppl on the internet are not the most intelligent ppl. I’d say the most of you are ignorant racists who scream foul on anything. Probably baby your children to the point where they can’t defend themselves. Useless wastes of skin. Until you got facts to support your arguement stfu.. As fro facts for my arguement I believe the comments speak for themselves.

  48. mrwhyte on May 8th, 2012
  49. A dog of that weight is the same as someone picking up a child by it’s wrist. There is too much weight not being supported when picking an animal up that way. It is excess skin, but that doesn’t make it a good way to support an animals full weight. If held that way too many times or for too long it can cause tearing of the skin, and can damage blood vessels, leading to bruising.
Generally when people talk of ‘scruffing’ an animal, they aren’t lifting it, they are merely grabbing the excess skin, as a way to show dominance. You should not lift a dog of this size by one specific area. You need to support it’s full weight as to not cause injuries.
So in short, yes it can cause your animals pain, and is definitely NOT the way to lift your animal. Just as you wouldn’t enjoy being lifted by your hair, or any fat/excess skin of yours, please don’t do it to your animals :)

  51. All the bleeding hearts … this is how the dog would be carried by it’s mother. It is neither hurting, nor alarming the dog in anyway.

  52. Ryan on May 14th, 2012
  53. -Le sigh- this does hurt the dog in any way this is how their mothers hold them and he is still small enough for it not to cause him any pain or distress so take a chill pill people.

  54. Jeanna stout on May 14th, 2012
  55. I’m going with the vet tech, and common sense…oh, hold on, it’s not all that common, it seems…the dog is too big to still be picked up that way. And Eric, that’s some pretty hectic stuff u are accusing him of…oh, iforgot, we all just spew our emotional reactions all over the intertubes without a thought for the consequences sry, mybad

  56. Seth on May 16th, 2012
  57. Vet tech? You get that job as a walk in? lol
