First of all wow!!! and scary. Second,if he wants to look like a freak then it’s his choice. Third,don’t assume that he doesn’t have a job or is on welfare just because of his looks. That kind of surgery isn’t cheap and it’s not covered by welfare. I have seen rich people do this kind of thing also. Anyone who assumes a person is on welfare or will be because of the choice made in their looks makes me sick. Look at the first 3 letters of the word assume—my point exactly..all your welfare comments makes you look like an ass. Stay focussed on his looks and not assume how he lives.

One of my friends had a chain necklace and a medallion surgically implanted under the skin around his neck, you could see it underneath his skin. The resulting infection almost killed him. If this guy ever has to have those implants removed, It will look like he has a pair of Grandma boobs on his forehead.
